About TDK Metro Terminals
Company History
TDK Logistics was started in 1997, in Richmond, BC, and soon after relocated to our current location on Annacis Island. Over the years, our services have gradually expanded in response to the changing needs of our customers. We have avoided the temptation to rapidly expand, choosing instead to concentrate on providing the highest level of service to our customers, and building solid solutions. We recognize and value our professional staff, many of whom have been with us since our earliest days, and we invest in our future through staff training programs, computer system upgrades, and equipment updates. In 2008, TDK Logistics and Metro - Seacon terminals amalgamated to form TDK Metro Terminals (TDK Logistics Ltd.), giving our customers the benefits of our combined half century of exceptional service delivery! Metro - Seacon was started in 1969, and has been providing CY and CFS services in Metro Vancouver for steamship lines, exporters and importers ever since. Like TDK, Metro Seacon is widely known for the 'personal service levels' that our customers appreciate, and have come to expect. The bringing together of the two companies is a natural fit, providing increased capacity and capabilities.
